Alfa Gas Energy Limited (“AGEL”) is an independent oil and Gas company, with particular focus on Gas to Power opportunities. Our natural gas pipeline will connect our natural gas reserves and gas processing facilities to the Nigeria Gas Company (NGC) network, including economic and industrial hubs of Nigeria and West Africa. 

AGEL is comprised of two separate entities, Alpha Gas Transport Limited. (“AGTL”) and Alfa Gas Energy Limited (“AGEL”), which owns and operates the OML gas reserves.

AGEL is led by a strong management team that has on average 30 years of experience in the energy space. Many members of our operating team have strong backgrounds with leading energy companies. As a result of their technical expertise and the use of state-of-the-art technologies, AGEL has been able demonstrate the ability to extract significant value from our asset base over the years through effective exploitation techniques. AGEL is determined to establish a strong track record of delivering on our capital program and are proud to say that we will endeavor to operate our wells using the vest talent of indigenes of the countries where we operate.

Our investment approach, which emphasizes capital preservation and the opportunity to participate in the upside of projects we finance, seeks to generate returns for our investors over multiple business and commodity cycles. With strong and supportive financial partners, AGEL has the ability to act quickly when high quality assets which meets are criteria is identified.
