Alfa Gas Energy Limited (AGEL), through its affiliated investment vehicles, is actively involved in power generation and distribution projects across Nigeria, supporting the country’s growing energy needs.

AGEL has invested in Stingray Power Limited, which operates an 11MW hydroelectric generation facility in South West Nigeria and continues to pursue additional hydroelectric investment opportunities. The company is committed to expanding renewable energy capacity and promoting sustainable power generation in the region.

Through AB Power Limited, AGEL is also advancing the development of an 800MW gas-fired combined cycle power plant in South West Nigeria. In addition, AGEL has invested in Eko Electricity Distribution Company (EKEDP), one of Nigeria’s largest electricity distribution companies, which supplies power to a population of over 10 million people.
